| 摘 要： | 本文从我国矿产资源领域循环经济发展现状出发，遵循科学性、整体完备性、可操性、层次性的原则，从“资源开采率、资源回收率、资源消耗降低率、资源循环利用率、废物最终处置降低率”五个环节，“宏观和微观”两个层面，“减量化、资源化、再利用”三个重点入手，初步形成勘查、采选冶、消耗、综合利用、环境治理、循环经济投入与产出六个环节34个指标的“矿产资源领域循环经济评价指标体系”。 |
