摘    要:本文计算分析了影响径向直线槽液体机械密封性能的因素,着重探讨了结构设计参数对密封的泄漏率、开启力和槽坝交界处液体压力的影响,发现非槽区膜厚和槽深对它们的影响最为显著;还分析了槽深对液体膜刚度的影响,发现刚度随槽深的增加而迅速降低,说明槽较深时,其动压效果已不明显,此时槽主要产生流体静压的作用。

Abstract:This paper presents an analysis of a radial groove liquid mechanical seal for itsleakage, opening force, and the pressure at the interface of the groove and the sealing dam,which are strongly influenced by the non-grooved area film thickness and the groove depth.The liquid film constant is also analyzed and the constant decreases rapidly with the increaseof the groove depth, which shows the hydrodynamic effects are negligible when the groovedepth is great and the hydrostatic pressure is the main opening force.
