| 摘 要： | 通过对得到的车牌图像中字符分割方法的研究,提出了一种如何从车牌图像中切分出正确字符图像的方法.方法首先采用降低维数的投影方法进行初分割识别,再结合车牌图像的先验知识进行过宽和过窄块的处理,以提高车牌字符分割的正确率.方法在实际的智能车牌识别系统中得到应用.

| Abstract: | A method how to separate character image from vehicle plate image correctly after the research in the separating method of character in the obtained vehicle plate image is described.In this method,a preliminary separation method of projection to reduce character dimension is used first;then the processing of over-width and over-narrow combines transcendent knowledge of vehicle plate in order to promote the vehicle plate character segment correct rate.The method is applied to the intelligence vehicle plate recognized system. |
