炼油废水苯酚降解菌的分离筛选及特性初步研究

摘    要:从乌鲁木齐市石化公司炼油厂污水池的活性污泥和污水中分离出3株能以苯酚为唯一碳源培养基上生长的菌株,通过耐受性实验,筛选出能够耐受1000mg/L苯酚浓度的菌株ZJ-1。该菌株最适降解温度为32℃,最适降解pH值在7左右;接种量为1.5mL(4.7×108个/mL)时,该菌株在48小时内苯酚降解率可达81.33%。培养液中苯酚浓度在300~500mg/L之间时,该菌株的降解率比较明显,当苯酚浓度大于1000mg/L时,无明显降解效果。

Abstract:Three bacterial strains which were isolated from waste water silt of The Refining of Urumqi petrochemical regard phenol as sole source of carbon and energy. A bacterial strain of ZJ-1 was screened out,that can endure 1000mg/L phenol through endure experiment. The best temperature was 30℃ and the best pH was 7 for the process of phenol degradation. The degradation ratio was achieved to 81.33% in 48 hours when the inoculation amount was 1.5 mL(4.7×10^8个/mL) .the phenol degradation was evidence indicated when phenol concentration range from 300mg/L to 500mg/L. When phenol concentration overout 1000 mg/L the degradation was of no effect.
