| 摘 要： | 丙烯排料线与蒸汽伴热夹套管焊接处发生开裂,对失效试件进行宏观检验、扫描电镜、腐蚀产物能谱分析、金相检验等检验检测,分析结果得出排料线为氯化物应力腐蚀开裂的结论,并提出了防护措施。

| Abstract: | welding joint of the propylene discharging line and steam heating clip casing had cracked,various inspection and detection had applied on workpiece in failure,such as Macroscopic,SEM,EDS analysis of corrosion products,etallographic examination Etc.,the results obtain discharging line Cracking due to ClSCC,then puts forward the measures of protection. |
