Constructing International First-class Hydropower Plant with the Characteristics of Longtan management

The Longtan Hydropower Station is an important one in the implementation of national Great Western Development and the Power Transmission Project from West to East. In order to build Longtan Hydropower Station into a "Chinese best, international class" hydropower plant and ensure its safe and stable operation, a Longtan characteristic management is needed. At present, the production preparations of Longtan Hydropower Station have gained a stage achievement by innovating management, scientifically practicing Spot Checking and Regularly Repairing, executing standardization management, carrying out the Responsibility of Operation Safety, creating a Long-term Effectiveness Mechanism and building a Harmonious Enterprise Culture, which guarantee the Longtan Hydropower Plant into production and trouble-free operation.
