| 摘 要： | 本文就目前路上器中如何实现数据流隔离和公平分配带宽进行了探讨，首先研究了Sally等人提出的RED算法，指出其缺陷，并根据TCP的有效吞吐率公式，提出了一种改进的RED算法，它可以实现更好的公平性，仿真结果验证了算法的有效性。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we analysed the buffer management algorithm for TCP router where packets with different sizes are transmitted.We studied the random early detection(RED)described in ,and pointed out the weakness in both.Based on the TCP throughput formula,we modify the RED algorithm which can achieve better fairness,We used the ns2 to simulate it.The result shows that we can get the fairness in terms of the throughput and packet loss rate. |
