| 摘 要： | 为适应教育信息化的发展要求,解决现代精品课程制作中存在的更新滞后、管理困难等诸多问题,设计并开发了自助式精品课程管理与制作平台。该平台采用.NET的分层开发方式,同时面向用户、教师和管理人员,融精品课程的制作、评审和管理于一体进行设计与开发,充分发挥了现代信息技术在网络教学中的作用,达到了有效利用优质教学资源的目的。
