| 摘 要： | 根据泡沫对传热传质的影响及选择性扩散理论,阐述了用泡沫喷雾干燥改善产品的冲调性、增加产品中芳香组分含量、提高干燥热效率的机理。通过实验室规模的实验,得到常规和泡沫喷雾干燥对比实验产品分析结果。

| Abstract: | The mechanism of improving solubility and aromaticityof the product and heat efticiency of the process by foam spray drying in milk powder production are described from the point of view of the effect of foam on heat ard mass transfer and the selective diffusion theory,The analytical results of the products from the foam spray drying and the normal one in a laboratorial dryer are obtained for comparison. |
