| Abstract: | In the middle district of Nanjing-Wuhu area, the distributed basic and intermediate-intermediate acidic volcanic rock-subvolcanic rocks in which the ratios of K2O/Na2O is greater than 1 and Na2o+K2O/CaO is greater than 1.5 are the
important conditions for volcanic-subvolcanic hydrothermal type gold deposit to be formed.The Au-bearing fragmental rocks of volcanic basement and intermediate intrusive rock cpntainning Au higher than that of their Clarke values are the important conditions for sedimentary-magmatic hydrothermal superimposed type gold deposit to be formed.The NNE-NW fracturing structures, volcanic structures and low-order structures controlled the distribution of gold ore-bodies or veins.The edge and outer marginal district of the volcanic basin is the promising place of searching for such gold deposit. |
