基于UG/OPEN API的摆线齿轮参数化设计

摘    要:通过分析摆线齿轮特点,建立了内摆线和外摆线的参数议程。利用UG NX/OPEN API高级语言实现了摆线齿轮的参数化设计,通过输入齿数、滚圆半径等参数直接生成三维模型。实现了设计过程的可视化和自动化,大大缩短了设计周期,从而提高摆线齿轮的设计效率。

Abstract:Parameterized equations of inner cycloid and outer cycloid are established through analyzing the character of cycloidal gear.Under the environment of UG NX/OPEN API, the method of parameterized designing for cycloidal gears is introduced, the three-dimensional model can be created by changing number of gear teeth and radius of rolling circle parameters of gear.Product design cycle is reduced as the result of visualization and automation in design process ,so cycloidal gears are designed in high efficiency.
