摘    要:单相全桥结构是一类中小功率场合广泛采用的逆变器拓扑.分析了基于单相全桥电路的二阶正弦脉宽调制( SPWM)波与三阶SPWM波的生成方式,并通过二重傅里叶展开法分析了采用三阶SPWM逆变器在减小输出电压谐波含量方面的优越性.为减小输出电压中的谐波含量,分析了死区时间对系统输出的影响,并提出了谐波补偿方案.实验结果验证了三...

Abstract:Single phase full-bridge inverter is one of the most common used topologies in middle and low power ap-plications.This paper compares the modulation method of 2nd order SPWM waveform with 3rd order SPWM waveform,and analyses their harmonic frequency spectrum by using double Fourier expansion method.According to the compari-son,3rd order SPWM waveform is better in harmonic reduction.To reduce output harmonic waveform,this paper analy-ses the effect of dead-time to the system,and proposes a harmonic compensation algorithm.Experimental results prove 3rd order SPWM waveform’s advantage and the effectiveness of their compensators.
