摘    要:以500 kV同塔四回路西江大跨越工程跨越塔基础承台大体积混凝土施工为例,通过对施工阶段大体积混凝土浇筑体裂缝控制的热工计算,制定了混凝土配合比优化、入模温度控制、整体分层浇筑、“内散外蓄”综合养护等技术措施,有效地指导了施工,成功避免了大体积混凝土有害裂缝的产生,收到了较好的效果。

Abstract:The construction of mass concrete for crossing tower pile foundation in 500 kV quadri-circuit Xijiang large crossing transmission line project is considered. Based on the thermal calculation of mass concrete crack control during the construction stage, some technical measures are formulated including the optimization of concrete mixture, concrete temperature control, concrete layered pouring, and integrated conservation of internal distribution and external store etc, so that the construction is effectively guided, the harmful mass concrete cracks successfully avoided, and good effects received.
