摘    要:黄麻毡/PP膜制备的复合材料用于汽车内饰,具有质轻、强力高及绿色环保等优点.探讨了黄麻毡/PP膜通过层压法制备汽车内饰材料的工艺方法.采用正交和单因素分析法优选了黄麻毡与PP膜复合制备的工艺参数.结果表明,当PP膜与黄麻毡质量比为40:60时,所制备复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度在工艺条件为热压温度180℃、热压压力10...

Process optimization of jute felt/PP film composites for automobile components

Abstract:The processes of jute felt/PP film composites made by hot pressing were discussed and the optimal process was given by orthogonal test and single factor analysis.The results showed that jute felt/PP film composites with ideal tensile strength and flexural strength could be obtained when the mass ratio of jute multi-layer and PP film was 40:60,in the condition of hot-pressing temperature 180 ℃,hot-pressing pressure 10 MPa and hot-pressing time 9 min.
