| 摘 要： | 设计一种由西门子专用称重模块、PLC、触摸屏、上位机等构成的蛋粉自动装箱控制系统.通过西门子称重模块和PID控制器实现蛋粉自动装箱、精确称重功能,触摸屏设置并显示装箱蛋粉的质量参数.该系统结构简单、性能稳定、经济价值和使用效果突出,能够满足称重精确度的使用要求.

| Abstract: | An egg powder automatic packing control system was designed with special weighing module of Siemens,PLC,touch screen,PC and other parts.It can be finished by Siemens weighing module and PID algorithm for egg powder automatic packing,accurate weighing,touch screen setting and the weight of egg powder packing parameters displaying.The system can meet the requirement of weight level and has the characteristics of simple configuration,steady performance,good financial value and feasibility. |
