微波-碱热水解剩余污泥的破解研究

摘    要:研究了在密闭体系下,采用微波辐照与碱联合处理剩余污泥过程中污泥性质的变化.实验表明,密闭条件下微波辐照与碱联合处理可以加剧污泥的破解,使污泥中的物质释放到液相中.在微波辐照功率为800 W、辐照时间为110 s、每克悬浮固体(SS) NaOH投加量为0.14g时,SS去除率达到46%;处理后污泥中溶解性有机物浓度明显增...

Abstract:The microwave irradiation combined with NaOH treatment can accelerate the lysis of sewage sludge.When 800 W microwave irradiation power,microwave irradiation time of 110 s,the NaOH dosage of 0.14 g per gram was used,the sludge dissolving ratio was 46%.The much microbial extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) were decomposed and much intracellular material were released to the liquid phase.The concentration of SCOD was 2 487 mg/L which were about 12 times as compared with the initial one.The concentration of TP,TN was increased by 1.45 times and 1.7 times respectively,the protein contents and the total sugar content was increased by 7.9 times and 0.89 times respectively.After treatment the volatile fatty acids were released to the liquid phase and the pH value was decreased from 10.5 to 9.1.
