电动汽车用直流电机共模电磁干扰模型的分析

摘    要:在电机设计过程中,经常仅评估绕组在低频或工频时的电感,但绕组的传导干扰模型必须考虑高频时绕组之间、绕组与机壳之间所存在的不可忽视的分布电容等参数的影响。对于直流电机绕组的电磁兼容(EMC)建模,先用实验测试绕组的阻抗,然后将其等效成集总参数电路。参数的选取是目前该领域建模中的难点,这里采用具有正反馈机制的蚁群算法(ACA)进行等效电路参数的智能搜索和全局优化,从而得到最优的等效电路参数。仿真及实验结果表明,所得参数在整个EMC频段内的仿真阻抗与实测阻抗具有较好的一致性。

Abstract:In the design process of motors,most designers just evaluate inductance of low frequency or power frequen-cy.But the influence of noticeable parasitic parameters within windings or windings and shell in building electromag-netic compatibility(EMC) model of high frequency must be took into account when designers analyze conducted inter-ference of motor.For EMC model of DC motor windings windings impedance should be tested,then it can be equiva-lent to circuit of lump parameter.In this motor winding model,the parameter value is difficult to choose.Ant colony algorithm(ACA) with positive feedback realizes the choice of parameter value which has following advantages:fast convergence,global optimization,parameter optimization.The results show better concordance of simulation and experi-ence results about impedance analysis and spectrum analysis within the whole EMC frequency.
