摘    要:随着甘肃酒泉“陆上三峡”10 GW级风电基地一期工程的投产,大规模风电集中并网对电力系统的影响逐步显现,尤其是2011年2月24日以来酒泉风电基地连续发生多次大批机组脱网事故,对电力系统安全稳定运行造成了重大影响。以酒泉风电基地为例,分析了大规模风电集中并网存在的调峰、送出能力、电力消纳、无功电压控制、有功控制和频率稳定等方面的问题,研究了大规模风电集中并网对电力系统安全稳定的影响,并提出应对措施与建议。

Abstract:Along with the development of the Jiuquan 10 GW Wind Power Base,more and more problems appear from the influence of the large-scale wind power gird integration on the operation of grid system.After February 24th 2011,several grid dropout accidents happened,which show the big security and stability influence on the power grid system.In this paper,the Jiuquan wind power base is taken as an example to analyze the problem from wind power grid integration.The problems from peak load regulating,transmission capability,electricity consumption,AGC(automatic generation control),AVC(automatic voltage control)and frequency stability are focused.Relevant measures and suggestions are proposed at the end of the paper.
