电动汽车电机驱动系统故障与失效模式分析

摘    要:结合传统汽车故障与失效模式的分类方法,将电动汽车电机驱动系统的故障、失效模式进行了分析与总结归类,指出了故障发生的原因和相应的处理措施。基于电动汽车电机驱动系统的特殊性,将故障分为硬性故障和软性故障,提出了一套适合电动汽车电机驱动系统故障诊断与容错的控制策略。

Abstract:According to traditional vehicles,the faults and fault modes of electric motor drive system for electric vehi-cle(EV) are analyzed and classified.Moreover causes of failure and corresponding solution are also investigated.Due to the particularity of EV electric motor drive system,the faults are divided into hard faults and soft faults.Finally a set of fault diagnosis and fault tolerant control strategy are provided.
