摘    要:用水煮浸提法提取藤茶中的藤茶粉,并对提取物中主要活性成分黄酮和多酚进行含量分析.对提取工艺中的料液比、浸提时间、浸提温度及提取级数四因素进行优化,确定最佳提取工艺条件.结果表明,在料液比1∶30、90℃、浸提1h,二级提取后提取物藤茶粉得率达40.8%.提取物中主要活性成分黄酮和多酚的质量分数分别为13.64%和9.8...

Abstract:Ampelopsis powder was extracted from ampelopsis by hot-water extraction method.Flavonoids and polyphenol were also determined.Four primary factors were studied in the experiment.The most suitable conditions for the extractions were as follows: the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶30,extracting temperature was 90 ℃,extracting time was one hour,double extraction.Under such condition,the extraction yield of ampelopsis powder was 40.8%.The concentration of flavonoids and polyphenol in the extract is 13.64% and 9.80%.
