Abstract:Molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) was prepared through molecular imprinting technique by using taxol as the template molecule,2-vinylpyridine(2-VP) as the functional monomer,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA) as the cross-linker and 2,2′-azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as the initiator in the porogen of chloroform.The interaction between taxol and 2-VP was analyzed by UV spectrometric detection.The polymer was investigated in equilibrium binding experiment and Scatchard analysis to evaluate the adsorption characteristics of MIP.The results indicated that the stable 1:2 template-monomer complex was formed prior to polymerization,and MIP exhibited specific molecule recognition capacity for taxol.Scatchard analysis revealed that the homogeneous binding sites were formed in the MIP,and the equilibrium dissociation constant(K D) and the apparent maximum number(Q max) of binding sites were estimated to be 29.89 mg/L and 5.66 mg/g,respectively.
