电动汽车用锂电池组均衡控制算法

摘    要:串联锂电池组充放电时的不均衡,导致电池循环寿命缩短,均衡管理模块已成为电池管理系统的关键组成部分。针对串联电池组不一致性带来的影响,设计了基于超级电容的电池组单体电压均衡模块,该模块采用分组均衡,并将不均衡状态分为3种,分别采用不同的控制方法。仿真和实验结果表明该模块不仅使电池组均衡充放电,而且改进了均衡结构,提高了均衡效率。

Abstract:Due to the cycle life shortening of series-connected battery strings suffered from the unbalance under charge and discharge operation,equalization management module has become the key of battery management system.In view of the adverse effects caused by the performance inconsistency between individual battery cells in electric vehicles,a battery equalization management module based on super capacitor is designed.The system uses a compound structure,and separates into three types of unbalance,using relevant control methods.Simulation and experimental results show that the module makes the battery pack charge and discharge balanced,improvs the efficiency of equalization.
