公司一体化电网规划设计信息应用建设总体思路

摘    要:为建设国家电网公司大规划体系,提出了公司一体化电网规划设计信息应用的总体架构方案,确定了统一性、标准化、开放性等规划设计应用建设的主要原则,分析了规划设计应用职能定位和运作模式。公司规划设计应用将为总部提供数据支撑、功能支撑和业务支撑。初步设计了规划设计应用的数据管理和交互模式,实现了规划业务流程和管理流程的合理衔接以及与五大体系其他应用系统的互联互通。

Abstract:In order to construct united planning system of SGCC,the overall framework of united power grid planning and design application is proposed in this paper,of which the main principles are determined with unity,standardization and openness.The corresponding function localization and operation mode are analyzed.The power grid planning & design application can provide data,function and professional work supports,for which the data management and interactive mode are primarily designed,achieving integration of technological process and management process and connection with other applications of five united system.
