纯电动汽车电驱动系统辐射发射控制研究

摘    要:如何在复杂电磁环境中,使系统电气设备间不受电磁干扰(EMI),能兼容的正常工作,是研究机电系统电磁兼容(EMC)的目的。针对纯电动汽车电驱动系统辐射发射控制进行讨论,分析了装置产生辐射发射的主要干扰源,以及影响辐射发射水平的主要因素,即差模辐射和共模辐射,提出了相应的解决方案并按照CISPR25标准进行了测试。测试结果表明,严格按EMC工艺要求实施,可有效控制电动汽车电驱动系统辐射发射水平。

Abstract:Electromagnetic interference(EMI) exist between devices of a system in a complex electromagnetic environ-ment,how to ensure the system work well is the purposes of researching electromagnetic compatibility(EMC).The ra-diation emission control of the electric drive system is discussed,and which is used in an electric vehicle.The main factors affected the system of radiation emission levels are analyzed.Solutions are given to suppress the level of radia-tion emission.A radiation emission of the electric drive system according to the standard of CISPR25 is tested,which results show that the solutions,in strict accordance with the EMC requirements of the implementation process,can ef-fectively suppress radiated emission levels of the electric drive system for electric vehicle.
