摘    要:研究了以Tween非离子表面活性剂为添加剂,聚乙二醇为分散剂,高锰酸钾为引发剂的双水相中淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺共聚反应.重点考察加入非离子表面活性剂对双水相中进行的淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺共聚反应的影响,讨论了Tween的种类和浓度、PEG质量分数、引发剂用量等因素对单体转化率、接枝率、特性黏数的影响,并通过红外光谱对接枝共聚物进行...

Abstract:The starch graft acrylamide copolymerization was studied with Tween as annexing agent,polyethylene glycol as dispersion medium and potassium permanganate as initiator.The effect of the type and concentration of Tween,PEG mass fraction,and the dosage of initiator concentration on monomer conversion,branch ratio,special number has been discussed.The structure of the copolymer was confirmed by FTIR.The optimum reaction conditions are 2% Tween-80,15% PEG 20000,n(potassium permanganate): n(acrylamide)=6.0×10-4 :1.Under this condition,the copolymer of monomer conversion is 99.71%,grafting ratio is 139.14%,intrinsic viscosity number is 477.63 mL/g.
