| 摘 要： | 采用大鼠腹主动脉插管放血、体外试管法测定鲍鱼性腺多糖对大鼠血凝块的溶解作用；采用小鼠负重游泳的方法来检测鲍鱼性腺多糖的抗疲劳效果,并对受试小鼠的负重游泳时间、体内糖原、血红蛋白、乳酸及尿素氮含量及乳酸脱氢酶活性等生化指标进行测定.结果表明,鲍鱼性腺多糖(CAGP)具有一定的体外溶栓作用,50和200 μg/mL CAG...

| Abstract: | Effect of CAGP from abalone gonad on resolving blood clot was evaluated by tube method in vitro.The anti-fatigue activity of CAGP on mice was evaluated by loaded-swimming time,glycogen,hemoglobin,lactic acid,urea nitrogen and lactate dehydrogenase level.The results indicated that CAGP could resolve blood clot in vitro,62.95% and 67.70% of clot-resolving rate were observed at 50 and 200 μg/mL respectively.CAGP could reduce the contents of serum lactic acid,increase the hemoglobin level and activity of the lactate dehydrogenase in serum.The glycogen level both in musculature and hepatic tissue,as well as the swimming time,were also significantly increased. |
