摘    要:通过对现有工作面粉尘浓度确定方法的分析,发现该方法只考虑机器参数,未考虑被截割对象的性质,而在反映煤岩性质的性能指标中,煤岩破碎性能指标m值对粉尘的形成具有重要的作用。经过对m与产尘量的定量分析,利用修正项将m加入到数学模型中,并求出其线性回归系数,从而构造出更符合实际的计算工作面粉尘浓度的数学模型。修正前后两个数学模型的结果分析表明,修正后的数学模型更准确,为进一步分析研究工作面粉尘的影响与危害奠定了基础。

Abstract:With analysis on the determination method of dust concentration in the existing coal mining faces, the paper found that the this method only considered the parameter of machine, but not considered the features of the objects cut. In the performance index of the coal rock features, the index m of coal rock crushing performance will have an important function to the dust formation. With the quantitative analysis on m and dust production, m was added into the mathematic model with the correction item. The linear regressive coefficient was obtained. Then the mathematic model to more actually calculate the dust concentration of the coal mining face was made. The results of the two mathematic models before and after the correction showed that the mathematic model after correction would be more accurate and could be the base for the further analysis and research on the influence and danger of the dust in the coal mining face.
