平衡式外啮合新型余弦齿轮泵流量特性的理论分析

摘    要:讨论了平衡式外啮合新型余弦齿轮泵的结构原理、几何排量、平均流量和瞬时流量等泵的基本特性。研究了中心轮齿数对泵流量脉动率的影响,研究结果表明:新型余弦齿轮泵的流量脉动率只有普通余弦齿轮的1/3,提高了齿轮泵的流量品质。

Abstract:Discussion of the a balanced new external mesh structure of the cosine gear pump principle,geometric displacement,the average pump flow rate and instantaneous flow rate of the basic characteristics.Studied the flow of the Teeth Number on the pump pulse rate,the results show that: the flow of new gear pump cosine pulse rate is only general cosine gear 1/3 to improve the quality of the gear pump's flow.
