摘    要:介绍了一种基于DSP的高压断路器综合在线监测装置。该装置采用TMS320X281x DSP作为主控制器,利用CPLD实现逻辑扩展;对各种需要的信号量进行了分类、采集、存储并适时上传后进行综合分析,实现了对断路器的机械性能和电气寿命的全面监测;并提出了一种改进结构的分布式监测系统,更适合现场运行的需要。

Abstract:An integrated on-line monitoring device for high voltage circuit breaker based on DSP is presented in this paper. Its main controller is DSPX2812, a high speed DSP of TI, and the logical extension is realized through CPLD. All kinds of status messages of circuit breaker are classified, acquired, saved and sent to the controller. Then, they are analyzed in time to evaluate and monitor the mechanical performance, the electric life of the breaker. In the end, an improved distribution monitoring system, which is more suitable for site operation, is also proposed.
