旅游资源评价创新的思路与导向

摘    要:由于国家旅游局于2003年颁布的《旅游资源分类、调查与评价标准》(简称《国标》)在指导思想与方法论上存在偏差,使得《国标》在实践中出现各种操作层面的问题,不适应现代旅游业发展和新时期旅游产品开发的需要,应从思想方法论的高度对《国标》适当进行修正,创新旅游资源评价思路,变革旅游资源评价方法,灵活运用《国标》。具体在实践中可以贯彻创新导向、形象导向、实用导向、产品导向、市场导向、竞争导向。

On Innovation and Orientation of Tourism Resource Evaluation

Abstract:The Criteria for Tourism Resource Classification, Investigation and Evaluation ( referred to as" GB" in short)which was promulgated in 2003 by China National Tourism Administration has met with a number of problems in practice because it has defects in guiding principles and methodology. Therefore, GB should be a- mended to establish innovative tourism recourse evaluation principles and methods so that it could better serve modern tourism development and tourism product development. Its implementation should be innovation-orien- ted, image-oriented, application-oriented, product-oriented, market-oriented and competition-oriented.
