摘    要:旅游高等教育改革不应只对问题与不足进行修复,也应对优势与潜能进行发掘。不同于传统的问题解决型教改思路,引入欣赏式探询方法,提出以欣赏的眼光寻找旅游管理专业学习的优势与潜能,这对提升本科生专业承诺水平有积极效用。在旅游管理专业实施欣赏式探询的过程中,必须形成包含发现、梦想、设计、实现四个环节的循环回路,并建立涵盖明确角色定位、确保六重自由、构建交流平台三项内容的保障机制。

On Appreciative Inquiry in the Promotion of Professional Commitment of Undergraduates of Tourism Management

Abstract:The objective of higher education reform in tourism management is not only to deal with problems and defects but also to enhance advantages and potentialities. Different from traditional problem-oriented educa- tion reform methods, this paper introduces ideas of Appreciative Inquiry, and proposes to appreciate advantages and potentialities of studying tourism management, which can play an active role in promoting professional com- mitment of undergraduates. When applying Appreciative Inquiry in higher education reform in tourism manage- ment, a continuous loop with four links of discovery, dream, design and destiny should be made a mechanism to ensure separated rights and duties, six freedoms, and diversified communication platform of all stakeholders should also be established.
