矿浆电解过程MnO2在阳极析出的影响因素研究

摘    要:钴锰矿矿浆电解过程中,可以使物料中的大部分锰以MnO2的形态在阳极析出。控制适宜的溶液组成,不仅可以控制阳极MnO2的钴含量,保证有较高的阳极电流效率,而且可以得到高钴锰比的阴极液,降低后续钴溶液的除锰负担。

Abstract:Using the technology of Slurry Electrolysis to treat cobalt-manganese ores can make most manganese separate out in the positive pole with the form of MnO_2.To make up the suitable solution can not merely control the content of cobalt of positive pole MnO_2,the higher positive pole electric current efficiency,but also can get the negative pole liquid with high cobalt manganese rate,which can reduce the load of getting rid of manganese of follow-up cobalt solution.
