| 摘 要： | 文章以中国电信MBOSS项目为研究对象，从业务层面进行剖析，采用元数据描述方法，通过模型分析，集中探讨了系统模型设计的无数据描述方法，并在理论和实践上给出了一个电信行业中应用的可行方案。
