摘    要:针对炼油污水氨氮污染物浓度高的特点 ,洛阳石油化工工程公司与镇海炼油化工股份有限公司于 1990年合作 ,开发了A/O(缺氧 /好氧 )生物处理脱氧工艺用于炼油污水生物处理。该工艺 1992年在镇海炼油化工股份有限公司和济南炼油厂污水处理装置设计中首次采用 ,经过装置多年的运行证明 ,该工艺具有良好的脱氮和脱碳效果 ,COD去除率大于 90 % ,氨氮去除率大于 80 % ,出水水质达到国家污水综合排放一级标准。介绍了A/O生物处理装置设计的工艺计算和运行经验

Abstract:Considering high concentration of ammonia nitrogen in refinery sewage,an anaerobic aerobic biodenitrogenation process has been developed by LPEC and Zhenhai Petroleum Refining Company.This process was firstly applied in sewage treatment units of two refineries in 1992.Several years running of the units indicated that this process has good results of denitrogenation and decarbonization ,the removal percents of COD and ammonia nitrogen are more than 90% and 80%,respectively,the quality of effulent meets the requirement of national grade 1 standard.Process calculation and running experience of the process were introduced.
