电动车辆整体式驱动系统设计

摘    要:针对特殊的应用场合,设计了一种电动车辆的整体式驱动系统.该设计中将电机轴与驱动轴设计为同轴,同时在设计过程中将电动机、行星齿轮减速器和差速器作为一个整体来考虑.该驱动系统的显著优点是结构十分紧凑,并且大大提高了系统的机械效率,具有巨大的应用潜力.

Abstract:An integrate drive system for electric vehicle is provided according to the special application field. In this scheme, the motor shaft and the drive shaft are coaxial; the motor, the planet gear train, and the differential mechanism are considered as an integrated device in the design process. The distinct character of the scheme is its compact structure and higher mechanical efficiency. So the scheme has a huge application potential.
