广州海珠生态城低碳交通规划实践

摘    要:随着资源环境问题的日益严峻,建设低碳交通是实现我国城市转型可持续发展的必由之路。文章结合国内外生态城交通规划案例分析,提出低碳交通规划的体系框架以及各子系统规划的关键性策略,并以广州海珠生态城交通规划为例,探讨低碳交通规划实践的具体路径和措施,包括以TOD模式引导城市交通和用地规划整合、构建"公交+慢行"优先的路网系统、构建以轨道交通为核心的绿色公交系统、建设高品质慢行系统等。

Abstract:As the resources and environmental issues have become increasingly severe, low-carbon transportation is the only path for urban transformation and sustainable development in China. This paper discusses the examples of low-carbon transportation planning at home and abroad, purposes the system framework and key strategies of low-carbon transportation planning. Taking Guangzhou Haizhu Eco City as an example, this paper probes into specific paths and measures of low-carbon transportation planning, including integrating urban traffic and land use planning guiding by TOD mode, constructing road system based on the concept of prioritized"transit+ pedestrian+ bicycle", constructing public transit system taking rail transit as the core, constructing high-quality pedestrian and bicycle system, etc.
