低雷诺数混沌流翅片传热和阻力性能研究

摘    要:应用CFD软件FLUENT对新型混沌流翅片单通道模型进行了数值模拟,分析比较了不同结构参数和流速对新型混沌流翅片表面流动与传热性能的影响。模拟计算结果表明,尺寸效应对混沌流翅片中混沌流的产生影响不大,只要达到一定雷诺数,流动就会进入混沌状态;在此基础上得到了翅片摩擦因子f和传热关联式。通过实验验证了关联式计算数据与实验数据最大误差不超过11·2%,表明将数值模拟应用于新型混沌流翅片的研究是可行的,为混沌流翅片的研究和应用提供了一定的参考。

Study of flow and heat transfer characteristics for chaotic fins with low Reynolds number
Abstract:By employing commercial CFD software FLUENT, the numerical simulation of single model for new chaotic fins is carried out. The results are analyzed and compared to obtain the flow and heat transfer characteristics in different structural parameter and velocity of flow. The results indicate that the production of chaotic flows which in the chaotic fins is independent dimension effect, only then can have the chaotic flows under the suitable Re. The general correlations for Nu and f factors are obtained from these data. And this conclusion has been confirmed through the experiment, and the correlations has an error below of 11.2%. It indicates that the research of chaotic fins by numerical simulation is feasible. It provides some reference for the research and application of chaotic fins.
