摘    要:分析了汽车密封条传统检测方法的不足 ,提出了独特的汽车密封条测量方法并设计了新的测量系统方案。该系统采用了分步曝光的测量步骤 ,结合牛顿插值法实现亚像素细分 ,将轮廓尺寸测量问题转化为求取最大相关函数的问题 ;基于仿射变换的最大相关搜索策略 ,根据实际需求和边界直径对搜索的初始参数加以约束 ,大大减少了搜索时间。通过试验给出了最大相关度量和仿射参数的函数关系并证明了该方法的快速有效。

Abstract:The weakness of traditional measurement method for automobile stamping steel ribbon is firstly analyzed. A new special measuring method for automobile gasket is presented and a new program of measurement system is designed. Combined with Newton interpolation for subdivision of sub-pixel,the measurement process of step-by-step exposure is used. Thus,measuring a contour size is inverted into solving a maximum correlation function. Based on the maximum correlation search strategy of the affine transformation,the search strategy of maximum correlation is used. The scouting speed is greatly improved by restricting the initial searching parameters according to the practical requirements and boundary diameter. The relationship between maximum correlation and affine parameters is obtained by experiments,which proves that the proposed method is fast and effective.
