ZK7-6/250型电机车电压升级改造

摘    要:分析了ZK7-6/250电机车电压过低造成电机车起动困难甚至不能起动,电流大、声音大,电机齿轮、主从动齿轮容易坏,机械和司控器触头容易烧毁,轮缘易磨损,牵引力小,爬坡能力不足等危害,介绍了我司丰海矿将电机车原有250 V电压等级供电改造为550 V电压等级供电技术改造。提出电机车采用550 V电压供电比250 V电压供电,具有节约能源、提高电机车的安全性和可靠性的优点,可广泛地推广应用。

Abstract:ZK7-6/250 electric locomotive voltage to be excessively low causes the electric locomotive to start difficultly can not even start is.The electric current was big,the sound was loud,electrical machinery gear,host driven gear easy bad,the machinery and operting control instrument the contact easy to burn down,the wheel rim easy to wear,the force of traction was small,harms and so on climbing power insufficiency,introduced is fenghai mine the electric locomotive original 250 V voltage class power supply transformation was the 550 V voltage class power supply technological transformations.Proposed that the electric locomotive uses the 550V voltage power supply compared to the 250 V voltage power supply,has saves the energy,to enhance electric locomotive security and the reliable merit,but widely promotes the application.
