摘    要:介绍了机械法、液相合成法和气相合成法三类纳米粉末制备技术,并对这些制备技术的原理、特点、发展状况及优缺点进行了比较,对今后的发展也提出了建议。

Abstract:Some methods to prepare the nanosize particles were introduced, including the mechanical method, liquid phase synthesis and gas phase synthesis. The characteristic and the merit of the manufacturing methods as well as the recent progress were analyzed. The development tendency was also expected.
