冲压车间供电双向动态无功补偿方法

摘    要:针对某厂供电系统电压不稳定,特别是冲压车间的末端母线,电压波动频繁,功率因数低的问题,设计了一种双向动态无功补偿装置,实现了电压的双向调整,克服了现有补偿方式存在调压不灵活、单向调压、控制开关受冲击、寿命短等缺点。在分析晶闸管最佳触发条件的基础上,采用光电零电压触发技术实现了电容器的无涌流投切。挂网运行结果证明了该补偿方法的有效性。

Abstract:With the aim of mitigating instability of the power supply of a certai n factory,especially improving the problem of voltage fluctuation and low power factor on the end of the pressing workshop,a bidirectional dynamic reactive po wer compensator can realize the bidirectional voltage regulation,which adopted the triggering technology of photoelectric zero voltage and brought elimination of inrush current and switching over-voltage.The compensation mode settled the pre-vious drawbacks of inflexible and unidirectional voltage regulation,impu lse impact on controlling switches and short lifespan.The experimental results s how its validity.
