锅炉给煤过程中起拱现象的分析

摘    要:对落煤过程中平壁煤仓及截面形状分别为矩形、圆形的落煤管起拱的影响因素进行理论研究。通过实例分析,提出了解决煤仓及落煤管落煤起拱的措施。对于煤仓,可在其出口处设置破拱装置或采用双曲线壁煤仓。对于落煤管,可将其分为2段。

Abstract:The influencing factors of coal arch camber in planomural coal bin and coal drop pipe with rectangular or circular cross section during coal drop are studied theoretically.The measures against coal arch camber in planomural coal bin and coal drop pipe are proposed by analyzing practical cases.For coal bin,a coal arch breaker can be installed at its outlet or hyperbola wall coal bin be used.For coal drop pipe,it can be divided into two sections.
