用统计函数方法评估电加工表面形貌

摘    要:在对电加工零件表面粗糙度进行测量,得到大量的实测数据(即测量算术平均偏差Ra在表面径向等角距的八个方向的数据)的基础上,运用随机分析方法,分别求出每个零件表面形貌的特征参数、幅度密度函数、自相关函数和功率谱密度函数,通过对这些特征参数及函数图形进行分析,评估电加工零件表面形貌,为制订合理的表面粗糙度评定参数作准备.

Abstract:In this peper a number of data are collected by measuring surface roughness of electromachinedcomponents. The data concerned are vaines of arithmatical mean deviation of the profile Ra' s measured on eight eguiangular radial normal sectuibs. Using random process analysis method the characteristic parameters, amplitude density function autocorrelation function and power spectral density function of the surface topogtaphy of each component can be obtained separately. Analysing these parameters and charts of theSe function, We made an eraluation on surfafe of electromachined components.The goal of this Study is to make preparation for working out appropriate evaluating parameters forsurface roughness assessments.
