化肥厂循环水系统不停车清洗探索

摘    要:化肥厂循环水系统采用新型清洗剂FB-40进行不停车清洗,在清洗过程中对主要冷换设备的循环水出入口温度、二氧化碳温度等进行监测分析,清洗后对换热器内部进行检查,从监测和检查效果看,不停车清洗取得了较好的效果.

Abstract:The new type of scrubber FB-40 was used in the on-line scrubbing of the circulating water system of chemical fertilizer plant. The inlet and exit temperature and CO2 temperature of the circulating water of the main cold exchange equipment were monitored and analyzed during the scrubbing . The internal of the heat exchanger was checked after the scrubbing. It was seen from the monitor and check that the on-line scrubbing got a good effect.
