| 摘 要： | 西多福韦为一新型开环核苷类抗病毒药物,具有强抗疱疹病毒活性,尤其对巨细胞病毒感染疗效突出,被广泛地用于免疫功能低下患者巨细胞病毒感染的预防和治疗。现对西多福韦的制备方法、作用机制、药效学及药动学性质等作一综述。

| Abstract: | Cidofovir is a novel acyclic nucleoside antiviral agent which has potent activity on herpesviridae,especially on cytomegalovirus.It is widely used to prevent and treat cytomegalovirus infected on low immunity patients.The preparation,mechanism of action,pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics properties of cidofovir are reviewed in this paper. |
