中国绿色建筑环境质量评价指标和体系的探讨

近年来,随着我国城市化建设的高速发展,绿色建筑已经成为建筑业最热的关键词,所以须建立一套评价体系对绿色建筑进行正确定位。笔者在对国内外绿色建筑环境及其评价分析的基础上,总结各个指标的评价标准,并构建适合我国国情的绿色建筑环境质量的评价指标和评价体系框架。建立基于层次分析法(AHP)的评价模型,用于确定绿色建筑环境质量评价指标体系中各指标的权重,并进行排序。为我国绿色建筑评估政策的制定和执行提供参考。

Discussion on assessment indexes and systems of environmental quality of green buildings in China

With the rapid development of modern economy in China,the green buildings are paid more attention.so it should build up a set of assessment system to locate correctly the green buildings.Based on the green building environment and its evaluation at home and abroad,sums up the assessment standard for every index,and establishes the assessment indexes and system framework suitable for our country＇s situation.Establishes evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,to determine the weight factor of the indexes,which will be the basis of the whole assessment system of green building in the future and can provide reference for the formulation and implements of green building evaluation policy in China.
