扁平铜管翅片管冷凝器性能试验

摘    要:对一种扁平铜管百叶窗翅片管换热器(FTHX)进行单体冷凝性能和整机制冷性能试验,并与现行铜圆管翅片管换热器(CTHX)在相同工况下进行对比。试验结果表明:FTHX具有风阻低、制冷剂流阻高和系统制冷剂充注量少的特性;FTHX综合冷凝性能高于φ7mm铜管换热器但略低于φ9.52mm铜管换热器;FTHX整机制冷能力和能效比均略低于单排φ9.52mm铜管换热器。

Abstract:Investigates single condensation performance and overall refrigeration performance of louvered fin-flat-tube heat exchanger(FTHX),compares with fin-circular-tube heat exchangers(CTHX) under the same test condition.The test results show that FTHX has the characteristics of low pressure drop of air side,high pressure drop of refrigerant side and less refrigerant charge,the overall condensation performance of FTHX is higher than that of 7 mm CTHX but a little lower than that of 9.52 mm CTHX,the cooling capacity and EER of the residential air-conditioning system with FTHX are a little lower than those of the system with 9.52 mm CTHX.
