摘    要:本文介绍了采用厚壁钢管桩代替静压预应力砼管桩工程设计实例,通过对钢管桩单桩承载力特征值计算与桩身强度验算,以及单桩承载力静压载荷试验,证明利用厚壁钢管桩代替静压砼管桩工艺成功解决了工程施工中的技术难题,同时也可作为类似工程项目的借鉴.

Thick-walled Steel Pipe Piles in Lieu of PHC Pipe Pile Technical and Engineering Applications

Abstract:This paper describes the use of thick-walled steel pipe pile in place of PHC pipe pile engineering design examples. In terms of carrying capacity of single pile and pile-body strength checking, as well as hydrostatic load test carrying capacity of single pile, it proves that the use of thick-walled concrete steel pipe piles in lieu of PHC pipe pile process succeeded in solving engineering problems in the technology. At the same time it can also be used as reference for similar projects.
