金属微小群孔加工技术的研究进展

摘    要:综述了精密机械加工、特种加工和复合加工等多种金属微小群孔的加工方法及其发展现状,分析了其优缺点。因具有适用材料广、加工精度较高、近无机械切削力作用、孔形不受限制等优点,电火花加工、电解加工和激光加工等特种加工方法在金属微小群孔加工方面展示了良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Technologies of machining micro-hole array,including precision machining,non-traditional machining and compound machining were reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.Electrical discharge machining,electrochemical machining and laser machining had a good prospect in metal micro-hole array machining because of the wide range of machining materials,high precision,almost no mechanical force and no limitation in aperture.
