| 摘 要： | 皮革的感官质量评判具有模糊性。目前一般把感官评判分解为对各个单一因素的量化鉴定,再按各因素均等的权重或指定的权重,求出综合质量总分。本文运用模糊数学方法与计算机辅助分析,逆向推导出评判时隐含在专家头脑中的权重分配方案。由此,消除了感官质量量化分析中的权重分配的任意性与主观性,使评判和量化分析趋于评判专家的水平。

| Abstract: | Subjective assessment of leather quality is of fuzziness.Usually,subjective assessment can be divided into tow parts:quantitative judgement of each quality element and compre- hensive assessment according to the weight of each element in the hole assessment.In the pa- per,using fuzzy mathematics method and computeriezed method,the weight of each element in the assessment keeping in experts mind could be calculated.Therefore,some random and error of weight division in the assessment of leather subjective quality could be reduced.and it would put the assessment and its quantitative analysis forward to the high level of experts. |
